Models & direction

These girls were spelling out the word BOOM and it was a little hard to get them going good

Bais

If I was to look at those two pictures I would say that President Obama is more likeable because he's got a smile on his face and looks like he is a very nice outgoing person compared to Romney. Obama looks like he's a really funny type of guy and Romney looks scared or shocked because of something that was said or is going on

selective cropping

These are some photos that I zoomed in so you cant tell what is going on in the background. the first two are of things that I took pictures of at school.

Still life

I took this picture at home so the lighting is a little off and not very bright. but whats in this picture are the things that matter to me and pretty much represent me. basketball is the most important thing to be besides my family which is also in this picture in a picture . I want to go to go to the wnba so that's why I have the bear. we have a baby picture and one of me now like a before after type thing.

Gaze Position

I changed these into something funny because it was a disaster and not something people would be happy to see and still may not be happy but it was worth a try changing things up

Compostion

These are my 9 pictures of all the different types of photos I had to take. some of them were hard to get like the s shape and the negative space but most of the other ones we have done before so those were okay to figure out this was a little hard at first but it got better as I started working more with the camera.

1/30 sec;   f/13;   ISO 1 l600

These are my three pictures of the different types of Aperture and Depth of Field . these were all taken in the same area so it was kinda hard to change things to look okay. so one of them is of one trophy and the others being blurry. then its of two objects and the background being blurry then the last one is of three trophy's and the others in the back being blurry.

Spot the Difference

These are my Spot the difference pictures. I used the clone stamp tool a lot throughout things and I also used the paint brush to color different things on here. the green circles in the last picture are of the things that I changed from the original picture. this was kinda fun when changing things up in making the picture look totally different from what it was at first

Light Graffiti

Changing the shutter speed on the camera helped get the perfect picture because the time would finish before I got done with my art work. but after a while we gave up on having the timer and just switched the shutter speed to were the person behind the camera held it down until you finished making what your decided to make.

These are my two funny looking smile faces that I was trying so hard to get perfect but ended up coming out pretty good .

When the shutter stays open longer it gives you more time to get the picture done . When its shorter it is kind of rushing you to get your picture done but it depends on how bright of a light you have because with ours we had to draw it really slow so it would catch it all.

This was me trying to write my name ,
it came out okay but I think it could have
been a lot better if I took it slower.

The difference between 5 and 5" is that one is 5 seconds and the other is 5 th of a second .

This last one is of me being a ghost coming from
the dark to the light making funny faces and getting
blinded from the light

Photo Montage

This is my photomontage of the outside of sandcreek high school, this was by far the hardest project I had to do this class, finding the right spot of the and which piece goes where I fill like this was a big challenge with understanding the consept of it all. making each picture the right size and making sure my photo didn't look stupid was hard but I think I did pretty good to say it was the first time.

MY PHOTO RETUCHING

This is the finished photo without any white spots. to fix this photo I used the spot healing brush and also the healing brush , the paint brush I tried to use on faces but I just couldn't get it right so now their faces don't look normal but that's the best I could get with working with this photo.

This was the photo before I used photo shop on it and made it look so  much better.

First Roll Shoot

This photo was taken outside of Sand Creek High , this is showing backlighting from the rocks and the scorpion its self
This photo I cropped down so that you would only get the rock and the tree behind it, this photo is showing side lighting from the angle of the rock and from where I was positioned to take the photo
I cropped this photo so that you would only see some of the words at the top and more of the scorpion, this is an example of angle up taking on the stairs in the main entrance of the school
This photo was taking from and over head angle , this is showing angle down

This beautiful photo has the rule of thirds in it by the angel of where the clocks have been placed                                                                                This glass picture shows reflection from the water machine to the glass

I was using myself as the object in the photo showing my shadow and this also has some reflection to it

This picture has many pictures in it so its a frame within a frame by all the different drawings of the students to make one big picture                                                                         This is a picture of our lunch bench just cropped to a section of the bench, if you look close you can see the pattern of the wood is different for every piece of wood

This photo shows texture and it looks so real as is if you could feel the bricks in your hand and feel how rough it is

My last photo is a photo of perspective , the hallway is getting smaller and smaller as the photo goes farther back
